Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Booking: Appointments can be easily made through our website or by contacting our friendly customer service team.
- Cancellation: At Christell Life, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may impact your plans. If you need to cancel your program, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this time are eligible for a 50% refund. Rescheduling options are available and will depend on availability. Please reach out to our team to discuss your situation, and we’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.
- No-Show Policy: In the event of a missed appointment without prior notice, the treatment fee will be charged in full, and refunds will not be available. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to accommodate all clients effectively.
Eligibility
- Age Requirement: Certain treatments may be available only to clients aged 18 or older. Please inquire about age restrictions when booking your appointment.
- Health Considerations: If you have any existing medical conditions or are under medical care, please consult with your healthcare provider before proceeding with treatments. Inform our staff of any health concerns to ensure the safety and suitability of the treatment.

Post-Treatment Care

- Responsibility: Following these instructions is crucial. Christell Life cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects resulting from failure to follow post-treatment guidelines.

- We take every precaution to ensure your safety, comfort, and satisfaction with our treatments and services. However, Christell Life cannot be held liable for any dissatisfaction or issues that may arise from treatments carried out in accordance with our terms and conditions.
- Christell Life is not responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from the failure to disclose complete health information prior to treatment.
- Guests are encouraged to follow all pre- and post-treatment guidelines provided by our team, as Christell Life is not liable for results affected by deviation from these guidelines.
- Christell Life is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings during your visit. We recommend securing valuables appropriately.
- Christell Life shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages. The maximum liability, regardless of the reason, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the treatment received.
